为明确汀江流域永定段水污染特征并提出有针对性的污染控制对策,采用产排污系数法和入河系数法对汀江流域永定段的外源污染负荷进行了调查分析。结果表明:汀江流域永定段主要污染物指标——化学需氧量(COD Cr)、氨氮((NH4+-N)、总磷(TP)的入河量分别为5430.15 t∙a−1、1027.12 t∙a−1、125.03 t∙a−1,各类污染负荷主要来自生活污水、畜禽养殖和农业种植,三者之和占各污染物总负荷的比例超过80%,其他排放源的COD Cr、氨氮、总磷污染负荷量相对较小。生活污水、畜禽养殖和农业种植是汀江流域永定段水环境污染防治的重点。汀江流域永定段污染排放在空间上呈现较明显的区域差异,各乡镇应针对本区域污染特点有侧重地进行治理。 |

Background, aim, and scope The Tingjiang River is the largest river in the western Fujian Province. It plays an important role in the economic development and drinking water safety of Yongding District and even Fujian Province. In recent years, the water environment security situation in the Tingjiang River Basin has become increasingly serious. It is urgent to protect the water environment in the Tingjiang River Basin. There were no reports on the comprehensive analysis of pollution load in the Tingjiang River Basin, especially the Yongding section. The objective of this study was to screen out the main pollution sources of the Tingjiang River and identify their effects on water pollution, which would be very helpful to develop control technologies and management policies in the near future. Materials and methods Yongding section in the Tingjiang River Basin was chosen as the typical research area, field survey and waster sampling were conducted, and the exogenous loads of three pollutants indicators, chemical oxygen demand (COD Cr), ammonia nitrogen (NH4+-N) and total phosphorus (TP), were respectively calculated by using the methods of discharge coefficient and river inflow coefficient determinations. Results The results showed that the annual amount of COD Cr, NH4+-N and TP discharged into the Yongding section were 5430.15 t·a−1, 1027.12 t·a−1 and 125.03 t·a−1, respectively. Domestic sewage, livestock and poultry breeding and agricultural planting made significant contribution to the water pollution, which occupied 80% of the total pollutant loads. Discussion It was found that the three types of pollution sources showed obvious regional differences in space. The relatively higher pollution contributions of domestic sewage and livestock breeding were found in the middle, east and south areas of Yongding District. This was because the coverage of domestic sewage systems and treatment facilities in these areas were insufficient. The pollution load of agricultural planting mainly came from the middle western and southern towns in the Yongding District. Conclusions The important measures to control water pollution in the Yongding section were to reduce the pollutant discharge from domestic sewage, livestock breeding and agricultural planting. Recommendations and perspectives It was recommended to construct decentralized treatment facilities and sewage pipe network along the river, and also to establish a long-term supervision system so as to treat wastewater discharged from animal breeding and domestic sewage. Each township should take corresponding measures according to the characteristics of the region. |
