基于超网络视角系统地研究黄河流域枢纽城市2018年生态环境和产业发展的协同效应,结合QAP方法,对生态与产业协同发展的影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:(1)生态-产业超网络密度较低、节点之间连接不均衡。(2)制造业等第二产业是黄河流域的支柱性产业,但第三产业与生态环境的协同效应较大;此外,郑州、济南和西安之间通过联动发展能带动区域整体发展。(3)良好的产业结构和夯实的经济基础能促进生态与产业协同发展,水资源失衡不利于生态与产业的协同发展。 |

The synergistic effect of ecology and industry from the perspective of super-network— taking hub cities in the Yellow River Basin as an example |

Background, aim, and scope The coordinated operation of ecological protection and economic growth is a key topic of social concern in the new era. It has also become an important influencing factor for high-quality regional development. The high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin is a major national strategy. This study takes the hub cities in the Yellow River Basin as the research object to investigate the synergistic development effect of ecology and industry and its influencing factors. It is hoped that the research results can provide suggestions for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. Materials and methods Based on the super-network perspective and combined with QAP method, the hub cities of the Yellow River Basin in 2018 were selected as the research objects to study the synergistic effect and influencing factors of ecological environment and industrial development. Results The results show that: (1) the density of eco-industrial super-network is low, and the connections between nodes are unbalanced. (2) For the single level of synergistic effect, most cities in Henan Province and Shandong Province have a large synergistic effect within the ecological network, and the secondary industry such as manufacturing industry has a large synergistic effect. In terms of cross-level synergies, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Xi’an, Qingdao, Yantai and Taiyuan have great synergies. The tertiary industry also has a greater synergistic effect. (3) There is significant correlation between the five factors and the explained variables. Economic base and industrial structure have a significant positive effect, and the effect intensity of industrial structure is greater than that of economic base. The total amount of water resources has a significant negative impact. The influence of urbanization level and geographical distance is not significant. Discussion The Yellow River Basin has prominent water resources problems and unbalanced industrial structure, which makes it difficult to develop. According to the research results, cities or industries with large synergistic effects have certain commonalities. Therefore, government departments can carry out unified management of these cities or industries, build an efficient cooperation and docking platform and improve the supervision and feedback mechanism, and constantly improve the management efficiency. The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has a significant impact on coordinated development. This conclusion also shows that we should adhere to the development direction of the transformation and upgrading of old industries and the ecological industry, and build an all-round and multi-level ecological industry system. In addition, the key to the development of the Yellow River Basin is water resources. The government, enterprises, people and other sectors should focus on the use of water resources. Conclusions Zhengzhou, Jinan and Xi’an can drive the overall development of the region through joint development. Good industrial structure and solid economic foundation can promote the coordinated development of ecology and industry, but the imbalance of water resources is not conducive to the coordinated development of ecology and industry. Recommendations and perspectives The coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin can be facilitated as soon as possible by the top-level design of the coordination mechanism and the acceleration of the construction of central cities. In addition, great efforts should be made to develop economy, upgrade industrial structure and make rational use of water resources in the Yellow River Basin. |
