在构建土地利用系统安全性评价指标体系的基础上,结合基于TOPSIS算法的DPSIR模型对2006—2015年“丝绸之路经济带”范围内中国九个地区进行土地利用系统安全性分析。同时借助阻碍度诊断模型分析影响区域系统安全性提升的阻碍因子,并运用最小方差法(LSE)对区域土地利用系统进行系统阻力类型划分。结果表明:(1)研究区域土地利用系统安全指数全部位于0.20 — 0.60,即处于不安全状态和临界状态,距离安全状态仍有一定差距。(2)不同阻碍因子对不同地区影响作用有所不同,障碍因子由经济发展、社会投资、技术等基础方面转向土地资源和环境生态等方面,未来应针对不同地区的不同障碍因子制定具有差别化的缓解土地资源环境压力的政策。(3)研究期初和期末的区域土地利用系统阻力主要分为四系统阻力模式、五系统阻力模式,大部分研究地区由期初的D-S-I-R阻力型转变为期末的D-P-S-I阻力型,压力子系统阻力作用越来越突出。 |

Abstract: |
Background, aim, and scope At present, the evaluation of land use system at home and abroad mainly focuses on the natural resources and environment of regional land. The impact of human socio-economic construction activities on the security of the system and the related factors are not enough to study the degree of system obstruction. Therefore, a comprehensive study of land use system security and system factors on the impact of system security is of great significance. Materials and methods In this paper, the DPSIR model based on TOPSIS algorithm is used to study the safety of land use system in nine regions of China in the economic belt of the Silk Road, and the safety evaluation index system of land use system is constructed. Results The result shows: (1) the safety index of land use system in the study area is between 0.20 and 0.60, there is still a certain gap from the security status. (2) Different hindering factors have different effects on different regions, barrier factors are shifted to land resources, environment and ecology from the basic aspects of economic development, social investment and technology. (3) At the beginning and end of the study, the regional land use system resistance is mainly divided into four system resistance model and five system resistance model, most of the research areas changed from the initial D-S-I-R type to the end of the D-P-S-I resistance type, and the pressure subsystem became more and more resistant. Discussion The land use system of the nine regions of China in the economic belt of the Silk Road is less secure. Although the overall land use system safety index shows an increasing trend during the study period, the increase is low. Conclusions Land use system is a dynamic integrated system, so the safety research of land use system should also be continuous, and the detailed research on the various components of land use system is also the focus of the next step. Recommendations and perspectives Based on the evaluation of the safety evaluation of the land use system in the study area, the main obstacle factors in different regions are analyzed, and the unfavorable factors of the safety development of the land use system are further found. On the use of land resources and land ecological protection of the key and difficult to break through, and continuously improve the level of comprehensive utilization of land. |
